Don't tell anyone, Red Kite has become a Shoretel partner
 
Red Kite, the Contact Centre and Unified Communications specialist based in High Wycombe, have just signed to become a Shore Tel Partner. ShoreTel has been named the best Voice-over-IP provider for the 5th year in a row in independent research by Nemertes. ShoreTel’s design is unique in its flexibility and reliability making it the best long-term choice for organizations of any size from 10 to 10,000 users.

Red Kite's experience of IP Telephony solutions and their integration with existing infrastructure, coupled with our customer's need to have complete solutions from a single provider, edged us towards becoming a Shoretel partner. In the past we have partnered with other Voice businesses to deliver the pure telephony components of our solutions, we feel that the time is now right to move towards delivering a complete solution ourselves.

With the ever increasing integration required between the voice, data and applications networks, Red Kite are ideally positioned, through our understanding of how software works at the network level and beyond, to deliver complete solutions.

Red Kite were formed in 2003 as an MBO of the software division of the Mitech Group (now Azzurri Communications), Red Kite have sucessfully traded since that time offering services and solutions to our various customers.
